G-bags Limited Lifetime Warranty
G-bags LLC, warrants G-bags PRODUCTS against defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for the life time of its owner from the original date of purchase. G-bags, at its option, shall repair or replace the defective unit covered by this warranty.

Please retain the dated sales receipt as evidence of the date of purchase. You will need it for any warranty service.
In order to keep this warranty in effect, the product must have been handled and used as prescribed in the instructions accompanying this warranty. This warranty does not cover any damage due to accident, misuse, abuse, or negligence.

Repair or replacement, as provided under this warranty, is your exclusive remedy. G-bags shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages. Implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose on this product are limited in duration to the duration of this warranty.

Some states/countries do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. Some states/countries do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state and country to country.

Product Warning
In order for Installation to work properly please follow the instructions enclosed with your G-bags. G-bags are not meant to be used while your car, boat, RV, ATV or any other crafts are in motion. Use proper judgment when using G-bags. Keep G-bags away from supplemental restraint systems (SRS). Do not try to access bags or pouches while in motion. Using G-bags is your sole choice and you agree to hold this company harmless. Any damaged perceived or real caused within the course of either installing G-bags or in the course of use is the user’s responsibility. Use G-bags at your own risk.

Return Policy
G-bags are happy to accept returns for unused or defective products. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of the product you receive, you are entitled to a full replacement or refund. Returns must be made within 7 days of purchase. G-bags will not offer refunds after 7 days from the date you received the order. You will receive credit for the price of the products returned plus any taxes minus the original shipping costs. Return shipments that do not meet the above will be refused and returned.

Intellectual Property Warning
G-bags are patent pending and awaiting certification through the United States patent office. The name “G-bag", or “G-bags” or a likeness is copyrighted; Do not copy and sell and distribute copy cat products and likeness of this product.

Attorneys Fees
If G-bags or its affiliates take any action to enforce this User Agreement and these terms and conditions, such parties will be entitled to recover from you, and you agree to pay all reasonable attorney's fees and any costs, in addition to any other relief, at law or in equity, to which such parties may be entitled.

Injunctive Relief
You acknowledge that a violation or attempted violation of any of this User Agreement and these terms and conditions will cause such damage to G-bags as will be irreparable, the exact amount of which would be difficult to ascertain and for which there will be no adequate remedy at law. Accordingly, you agree that G-bags shall be entitled as a matter of right to an injunction issued by any court of competent jurisdiction, restraining such violation or attempted violation of these terms and conditions by You, Your affiliates, partners, or agents, as well as recover from You any and all costs and expenses sustained or incurred by G-bags in obtaining such an injunction, including, without limitation, reasonable attorney's fees and costs. You agree that no bond or other security shall be required in connection with such injunction.

Termination
G-bags may terminate this User Agreement and these terms and conditions and/or the provision of any of the services at any time for any reason including for any improper use of this site, including any improper use of this site or your failure to comply with these terms and conditions. Such termination shall not affect any right to relief to which G-bags and its third party suppliers and distributors may be entitled, at law or in equity. Upon termination of this User Agreement and these terms and conditions, all rights granted to you will terminate and revert to G-bags and its third party suppliers or distributors, as applicable.

Assignment/Modification
You may not assign, convey, subcontract or delegate your rights, duties or obligations hereunder. Modification, G-bags may at any time modify amend or change these terms and conditions and your continued use of this site will be conditioned upon the terms and conditions in force at the time of your use.

Additional Terms
Additional terms and conditions may apply to reservations, purchases of goods and services and other uses of portions of this site, and you agree to abide by such other terms and conditions.

Severability
These terms and conditions shall be deemed severable. In the event that any provision is determined to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision shall nonetheless be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

Entire agreement
This User Agreement, together with any terms and conditions incorporated herein or referred to herein constitute the entire agreement between us relating to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes any prior understandings or agreements (whether oral or written) regarding the subject matter, and may not be amended or modified except in writing sighed by a duly authorized representative of G-bags LLC or by G-bags making such amendments or modifications available on this site.
